Recipe for Caesar Salad Dressing

This recipe comes direct from my mom. It’s yummy and oh so easy to prepare. When you’re ready to step up and taste some real caesar dressing try it out.

Ingredients
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1/2 cup of olive oil
5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
1 can of flat anchoives in olive oil
1 coddled egg (place egg in boiling water for 1 minute)
Handful of parmesan/romano cheese
1-2 heads of romaine lettuce
croutons (optional)

Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add fresh ground pepper.

That’s really is it. After its blended, dip in a piece of lettuce to taste. When ready to eat just pour over Romaine lettuce, add croutons or whatever else you like and get ready to munch. It can be stored in the fridge for a few days if you have leftovers.
