3 chicken tenders diced into bite size pieces
fusilli pasta
red pepper, diced
onion, diced
garlic, minced
salt
pepper
olive oil
lemon juice
frozen peas
raw pistachios

1 red pepper, diced
pinch saffron
1 cup of basamiti rice (brown or white ok)
vegetable or chicken broth
tumeric
cumin
corriander
pistachios
parsley
take pinch of saffron and mix in warm water.
